Omotenashi

What is Omotenashi? In Japan, there is a deep-rooted culture, which comes from sado (tea ceremony), called omotenashi, meaning to wholeheartedly look after guests. Omotenashi derives from the Japanese word “motsu,” 「持(も)つ」, or “to have,” envisioning hospitality as an art of sincere thoughtfulness and service.  One human emotion that’s universal to every culture is the feeling of being welcome.

That feeling of respect, and that your time is valued. At Lexus of Route 10, we use omotenashi, or a unique hospitality that anticipates the needs of guests at our dealership. Each one of us takes pride in omotenashi. For us at Lexus of Route 10, omotenashi reaches beyond basic service, creating an incredible experience for our guests to have an authentic connection with a host who anticipates and responds to their needs and desires. We strive for perfection in all we do – each and every guest will be treated like a guest in our home. We will extended our red carpet treatment from the moment you arrive at our state of the art, 89,000 sq. foot, sales and service facility.
